We kindly ask you to prepare yourselves for the official financial reporting (Period 1: M01-M18). Furthermore, we have prepared a template, which can be used in order to collect and fill in your financial figures for period 1. Please note that the financial reporting needs to be done by each partner individually, however we can offer you to perform a first informal check on the data within the spreadsheets on a voluntary basis. . Draft the financial statement (you can do it directly in the system, or use the Excel template, and ask us for a first check (if needed). 2. Lock the financial statement for review. 3. Review Form C and sign & submit it to the coordinator. The EC deadline for finalizing the reporting is 60 days (DL: end of September). But please try to fill in your financial figures in the EC portal until mid of September - so that we can also finalize the periodic report on time. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
