On 16 January, the European Commission and the incoming Croatian Presidency of the Council are organising a workshop on the role of the National Coordination Centres (NCCs) in the future European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC). 

The 4 pilots will have an opportunity to present their thoughts on "Lessons learnt and community insights", i.e., their viewpoint on what the national centres should do. 

We propose to prepare this presentation this through 3 key questions, detailed below. Any feedback on these questions, or any additional facets to consider, are very welcome. In addition, we will discuss these questions and your feedback on a conference call on 7/1 at 17:00, details also below.

- What could be the principled position of NCCs, in one sentence ?

- In a few words, how would we characterise the function of NCCs? In terms of:

+ (Anything else beyond SPARTA's current Activities and Programs?)

+ National institutions

+ Grassroots movements

+ (Any other actor?)
