I would like to come back to you concerning the organization of the review day: only WP leaders are expected to actively participate to the review presentations and discussions (with a few exceptions which have been prepared beforehand and integrated to the presentations). This is of course frustrating but necessary for the sake of keeping the day organized and on-track with regards to the schedule and review expectations.

Subject: M18 SPARTA review

Dear SPARTA consortium,

As you know, SPARTA is going to be reviewed by the European Commission to assess its execution during the first period (M01-M18). In parallel of the financial preparation, the Executive Board prepared the technical aspects of the review to show how much has been accomplished by all Spartans in the course of those 18 months. Beyond the formal aspect of the review, this is also a good opportunity to have a large overview of all the activities carried out in the pilot.
