about the meeting in Lucca, here is a quick update that takes into account the useful suggestions of some of the partners.
1. we will setup the sessions to allow remote attendance. For this purpose, I updated the excel file with the list of participants ([SVN]/03-WPs/WP6-Program-3-HAII-T/Meetings/WP6-20191203-04-Lucca/participants.xlsx) that contains sheets for both in person and remote participants. Since this is a necessary information for us to properly organize the meeting, please fill it ASAP.

Dear All,
as you might already know, we are preparing a physical meeting in Lucca, Italy on the 3rd and 4th of December.
The goals of the meeting are the synchronization of the activities (both at WP and Task level), the development of Deliverable 6.1 and the interactions with other WPs.
For this reason we are reserving space for technical tables and demo sessions. Also, we are going to have a dedicated session for partners of other WPs. In particular, we would be happy of having presentations from T-SHARK, CAPE and SAFAIR programs, but all the interested partners are welcome.
