We will have our WP9 kick-off meeting on April 2nd and April 3rd at DIBRIS, University of Genova, Genoa, Italy.

The address is: Sala Conferenze DIBRIS, 3rd floor, room 326bis, Via Dodecaneso 35, Genova.

The preliminary time allocation is: 

Tuesday April 2nd from 14:00 to 18:00: Introduction of partners, overview of WP9. Working dinner then.

Wednesday April 3rd from 10:00 to 16:00: task vision presented by task leads. Individual task plans for 2019, responsibilities, deliverables, management setup.

For each institution, please prepare a 10-min introductory presentation on your roles and background. Each Task Lead, please prepare a 20 - 30 min presentation of your task activities vision.

At this moment, we don’t have participants from ANSSI, YWH, CNIT, ISCOM: please confirm your presence in WP9. Please be aware, that tasks and work assignments will be distributed at this meeting, so the attendance is highly recommended. 

To facilitate smooth and meaningful discussion, I’d like to kindly ask you to fill-in the form attached, in particular your individual planned activities for 2019. 

Also, please mark the person who will give the introduction of your institution during the meeting in the field "Presenter:” in the “Attendance:” section.

Please send me the filled form back within this week (by 24.3.), one document per partner.
