Dear All,
some fast feedback:
- having all Ambition, Goals&Objectives and Impact Expected topics as separate slides
seems a bit redundant to me,
- what do we mean by Policy Background? In particular w.r.t. the WP9 Training and
Awareness this is not clear to me,
- 21 slides for 20 minutes seems a bit too much,
- 11/2 is ok for the first draft, but I doubt I’ll be able to get the feedback from WP
members on time.
Best :-)
Jan

<Thibaud.ANTIGNAC(a)cea.fr>fr>:
Dear Network leaders,
As SPARTA starts up, our first order of business is to refine the activities workplans.
We propose using the slides for the SPARTA Kick-off as a first point of convergence.
Attached is a proposed plan for these presentations. As you can notice, we kept the
notions of State of the Art and Ambition generally used for the technical activities. We
thought it could be interesting to explore how we can have the same approach in
non-technical activities as well, aiming at making good practices progress as well.
Feedback is very welcome!
Given the short timeframe, could you share your initial versions of slides by 11/2? (We
are trying to have a Powerpoint template ready very soon; do not yet spend too much time
on formatting!)
Best regards,
