Following up the ToC/assignments for the upcoming were approved early December, those
additionally last week has been extended with new section for SPARTA Research Programmes
as well Road-mapping. The deadline is very short so I ask you to allocate some few hours
and following the guidelines provided complete contribution per each programme.
I kindly ask you to provide your contribution for section 3.3 Scientific and technical
activities, using the attached Word document as template to follow. The estimated effort
at this stage (first draft) is 2-4 hours/contributor (corresponds to one sub-section of
section 3.3, 2-3 pages is OK).

A few instructions to guide your contribution:
1. The introduction for Section 3.3 is complete.
2. Please read it carefully to get the tone and rationale for your sub-section’s
contents.
3. Suggestions for improvement are also welcome.
4. In your assigned sub-section, detailed suggestions are provided regarding the
contents; but you are free to report in a more effective way.
5. Let me know if you wish to setup a short 30 min telco to clarify any issues
regarding the assignment, content expectations, or content adequacy.
The deadline is this end of this week, so we need to do our best. However considering such
a late call and if you need couple of extra days, please use them, just let me know on
your plan. Much appreciated in advance!
