[SPARTA - network.governance] SPARTA D1.3 and WP1 call

Dear all, Please find attached a draft table of content for D1.3 with the tentative contributors. For some preliminary details: part 2 should regroup the recommendations received from the different sources and explain our responses to them while part 3 will focus on modular governance and the explanation of the processes that we defined in the last meetings and in the cryptpad sheet (https://cryptpad.fr/sheet/#/2/sheet/edit/SIKnRFGnwNQk934VIx0t4nMW/embed/). If that's fine with you, we will have a WP1 call on Tuesday 1st December at 10h CET to further discuss the contributions to this deliverable. Of course, feedback and ideas on the ToC are welcome before then. Best, Augustin.
