Hello,
Please find here a few more details concerning the first item in my previous email, the one concerning the job description template. As I am not sure everyone attended the meetings, I do a recap here to be sure we are all aligned.
The goal is to write a set of job description for what would constitute a “good” Program leader and “good” transversal activities leaders in a sustainable CCN. To this aim, we propose to start from SPARTA’s DoA, from the modular governance framework (available here: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2…) developed during year 2, and from the experience gained during its execution. We should eventually have 9 transversal activity leader job descriptions, and 1 generic for the Programs (with an optional part for Portfolio leaders). The easiest way to do so is that each WP leader writes it for the WP led during SPARTA (for example: Fraunhofer edits the job description of the Responsible innovation leader which corresponds to WP2). As suggested by Jan, we propose to build this on the Enisa Cybersecurity Skills Framework document (/!\ please do not share: to be published soon but still under embargo today): https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2… A key difference between the Enisa framework and the CCN-level job descriptions we are building is that the formers are more oriented towards practitioners of the field, while the latter targets management-level activities.
Concretely, given the time remaining and the fact we want to minimize the time spent for this task, we target a concise result: 2 pages is a maximum for each job description; shorter is totally fine. You can find an example made by L3CE for the Program leader job description here: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2… which gives a very good idea of what we can target in terms of perimeter and depth.
TODO (by May 20)
I propose you to fill the job description corresponding to the activity you lead in SPARTA here: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2…. To ensure a minimal effort on your side, while quickly converging towards something we can integrate to the deliverable, I suggest the following way to process it:
* Have a look at the Program manager job description to have a feeling of what is expected, keeping in mind this represents a maximum in terms of length: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2…
* You can use elements from the DoA (available here https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2…) to fill in the template, and in particular:
* The summary statement can be inspired by the SPARTA WP objectives
* The mission can be inspired by the (high-level) tasks of the WP
* The deliverables can be inspired by recurring SPARTA deliverables
* Main tasks can be inspired by the tasks of the WP and by the SPARTA modular governance: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2…
* Key skills can be inspired by your experience in SPARTA
* Key knowledge can be inspired by your experience in SPARTA
* e-Competences have to be taken from https://ecfusertool.itprofessionalism.org/explorer by selecting a similar profile, or by skimming the Enisa Cybersecurity Skill Framework https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Job%2… where you can also find examples of profiles filled in.
Please do not hesitate in case of any question.
Best regards,

Dear WP1 members,
As we've had no further feedback on the table of content for D1.5, it was sent to the reviewers of the document for a first feedback. We will now need to fill in this ToC with content. The expected contributors are in each chapter/section in the SVN file: https://sparta.technikon.com/03-WPs/WP1-CCN-governance-and-assessment/Deliv….
We've also added the recommendations extracted from D1.4 and from the M18 review and assigned tentative responsible. If you see any additional recommendation to consider or anything erroneous please tell me.
I would like to ask for your contributions (at least a first version of them) in 2 weeks from now, so by 3rd December if possible. This will leave us one week for consolidation, updates and everything before submitting to the reviewers.
@Goncalo, can I let you coordinate and gather the inputs from the transversal activities? Which means:
· Chapter 2 for recommendation on activities
· Section 3.2
· Section 4.1 & 4.2.3
Similarly, @Evaldas, could you coordinate and gather the inputs from WP3-7?
· Chapter 2 for recommendation on WP3-WP7
· Section 3.3
· Section 4.1, 4.2.1 & 4.2.2
Finally for everybody, contributions to Section 1.2 Context updates, 4.3 Anti-patterns, 4.4 Threats to sustainability would be much appreciated.
Do not hesitate if you have any further question on your expected contributions.
Best,
Augustin.

Dear WP1 members,
Steffy compiled a first list of projects funded under the SC6-GOVERNANCE H2020 calls https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/oppor…. As part of the DoA, we have to take into account inputs coming from relevant funded projects. We thought that we could try to make a workshop with a selection of them; which they may also be interested in to support their dissemination activities.
Could you please have a look at the list attached and tell us from which projects you would find interesting to hear more about?
