[SPARTA - network.governance] SPARTA WP3-WP7 leaders: contribution to deliverable D1.3 Improving a CCN pilot (Draft version)

Dear WP Leaders (WP3, WP4-WP7), Good morning! Following up the ToC/assignments for the upcoming were approved early December, those additionally last week has been extended with new section for SPARTA Research Programmes as well Road-mapping. The deadline is very short so I ask you to allocate some few hours and following the guidelines provided complete contribution per each programme. I kindly ask you to provide your contribution for section 3.3 Scientific and technical activities, using the attached Word document as template to follow. The estimated effort at this stage (first draft) is 2-4 hours/contributor (corresponds to one sub-section of section 3.3, 2-3 pages is OK). The ToC core and proposed assignments, are the following (each WP leader reports on the corresponding WP): * Chapter 1 Introduction * Chapter 2 Internal and external recommendations * Chapter 3 Modular governance framework * 3.1 CCN structure * 3.2 Transversal activities * 3.2.1 Partnership instrument * 3.2.2 Cybersecurity training and awareness * 3.2.3 Sustainable exploitation and IPR * 3.2.4 Certification organization and support * 3.2.5 Dissemination and communication * 3.3 Scientific and technical activities [L3CE] * 3.3.1 Roadmap instrument [TUM] * 3.3.2 Programmes [L3CE] * 3.3.2.1 Program 1: T-SHARK – Full-spectrum cybersecurity awareness [L3CE] * 3.3.2.2 Program 2: CAPE – Continuous assessment in polymorphous environments [IMT] * 3.3.2.3 Program 3: HAII-T – High-Assurance Intelligent Infrastructure Toolkit [CINI] * 3.3.2.4 Program 4: SAFAIR – Secure and Reliable AI Systems for Citizen [ITTI] * Chapter 4 Lessons learnt * Chapter 5 Conclusions and perspectives <applewebdata://C8D3B822-3C99-4AB5-91EA-F59687F2172B#_Toc57741973> A few instructions to guide your contribution: * The introduction for Section 3.3 is complete. * Please read it carefully to get the tone and rationale for your sub-section’s contents. * Suggestions for improvement are also welcome. * In your assigned sub-section, detailed suggestions are provided regarding the contents; but you are free to report in a more effective way. * Let me know if you wish to setup a short 30 min telco to clarify any issues regarding the assignment, content expectations, or content adequacy. The deadline is this end of this week, so we need to do our best. However considering such a late call and if you need couple of extra days, please use them, just let me know on your plan.
