This morning the conference call took place, which allowed to officially kick-off the deliverable D10.3.
We still have to organize the Kick-Off for D10.4.
The attendees were :

Explanation : The goal of the overall WP10 is to allow research projects to build viable businesses. In order to design the right business models, we have to properly manage the outcome of the research, hence the data management plan, but also the need for supporting further analysis of the results. That's the role of the templates and documentation that will be created as part of the D10.3 work.

Topic 1 : Timeline :
* 2019-09-16 : List of all documents and templates that will be needed to fulfill the purpose of the deliverable.
* 2019-11-16 : Final draft of documents and templates that will be delivered.
* 2019-12-16 : Deliverables ready for submission.
* 2020-01-01 : Submission of D10.3 and D10.4 to SPARTA Global Coordination for QA and validation.
* 2020-01-29 : Official submission of reports.

Topic 2: Operational coordination - The participants re-confirmed that
- LMT is going to handle WP4.
- LEO is going to handle WP5.
- SMILE is going to handle WP6 and 7 as there are no other available resources from WP10.

Topic 3: progress monitoring and reporting
Participants have agreed on a monthly check-up conference call and a weekly status email. Participants agreed also on using SVN as tool to share and collect documentation. SMILE will create a specific folder structure for the new deliverables.
If there are issues requiring it, ad-hoc conference calls will be organized in order to provide support to those participants who would need it.
