Hello,
Yesterday the conference call took place, which allowed to kick-off more officially the
WP10 work on deliverables D10.1 and D10.2.
The attendees were :
Elena Kaiser - SMILE
Claudio Porretti - LEO (Leonardo)
Armands Meirans - LMT
Bertrand Lathoud - SMILE
The following WP Members did not attend (nor answered to the email that had been sent
prior to the call)

Topic 1 : Roadmap and Timeline
The participants agreed on the roadmap that had been proposed in the email of the 07th of
May 2019:
* 2019-05-14 : WP10 Kick-Off - Focus on D10.1 & D10.2
* 2019-05-15 : DMP & APER Templates sent to WP 4-7
* 2019-06-03 : WP10 Kick-Off - Focus on D10.3 & D10.4
-> Agreement on timeline for 2019-12-16 as deadline
* 2019-06-17 : Collection of DMPs and APERs from WP4-7
* 2019-07-01 : Submission of DMPs and APERs to SPARTA Global Coordination for QA and
validation
* 2019-07-31 : Official submission of reports
* 2019-12-16 : Completion of D10.3 & D10.4
=> Final validation between WP10 members before submission.
* 2020-01-01 : Submission of D10.3 and D10.4 to SPARTA Global Coordination for QA and
validation
* 2020-01-29 : Official submission of reports
LEO and SMILE will co-organise a Kick-Off call in early June in order to plan the work on
Deliverables D10.3 and D10.4.

Topic 2 : Coordination for next step : Sending DMP & APER to WP4-7 and cooperation
with these WP's in order to get the documents filled for the 17th of June.
LMT is going to handle WP4
LEO is going to handle WP5
SMILE is going to handle WP6 and 7 as there are no other available resources from WP10.
If there are issues requiring it, ad-hoc conference calls will be organised in order to
provide support to those participants who would need it.

Practically speaking, this means that the next step is to have the DMP and APER templates
sent to the WP4-7 as agreed in topic 2.
