Dear all, I was not aware how many people receive the emails to this mailing list. For the
time being we plan a kickoff meeting among the core partners in wp2 , i.e. fraunhofer,
inov, unamur and mru. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify reposabilities and next
working steps. I will inform the other partner (those with the task to transport wp2
issues and results into the activities and programmes) about how wp 2 is going to organise
its work.

Dear all, I checked again the Dudel poll and indeed 8/4 or 9/4 should be possible for
everyone except Jean-Marc (but Namur will be represented by Manon(?)). We agreed to hold
the meeting in Lisbon.
Since 8/4 is a Monday which means travel on Sunday I suggest that we have our meeting on
9/4. we can think about starting the meeting on Monday some time after noon but only when
everyone can Arrive on the same day.
Please give me feedback asap if this is really possible for you (including the Monday
issue).
I assume that the meeting will take place at INOV‘s offices.

Dear all,
find attached the latest version of the slides taking into account comments from INOV;
MRU and UNamur. I will finalise the slides tomorrow (and make suggestions which slides
might be dispensable to make sure that the whole consortium is getting the few key
messagess: What we are (also experts helping them to develop better solutions), what we
are not (troublemaker who talk all great ideas down). What they can expect (from general
guidance and to some extent concrete proposals for solutions) and what we expect from then
(openness to listen, willingness to support us by giving feedback and attending our
events/workshops).
Apart from that I would like to inform you that the H2020 project canvas dealing with
"Constructing an Alliance for Value-driven Cybersecurity“
(https://canvas-project.eu/canvas/) is having a final event on 19 June 2019 in Brussels.
We should discuss if we would like to make use of this opportunity to profit from CANVAS
project results. I am in touch with the project coordinator and he will come back to me
with more indepth information about the event in the next days (hopefully before
Monday).
