[SPARTA - network.ethical-legal-social] Slot for SPARTA Executive Board of June

Dear colleagues, find attached the current state of planning for the September meeting in Rome. How about Thibaud's question about the time we need for a workshop to present, discuss ELS issues related to cybersecurity in general and the SPARTA programs in particular. In another project, we have done something similar with the normal duration of a conference slot (90 - 120 minutes) but that might be not enough given the diversity of activities in the Programs. However, half a day (9 to 12/13 hrs) should be sufficient. What do you think? In particular, Leonardo offers to handle the logistics aspects on these two days by relying on Cybertech Europe. It would be difficult to justify the additional efforts to reorganize the venue and catering of 120 participants the day just before or after. However, it now comes to my mind that most of the partners will be in Roma these two days but might not extend their stay over 3 days. What was the duration you had in mind for the WP2 workshop? I hope we can find a suitable slot to maximize WP2 attendance along with participation of the partners to other technical meetings during these days. I was not aware that there would be TWO days again- one internal and one for the public which makes the timing even more complicated. Most important goal: We should make sure that as many sparta partners as possible can attend. There should thus not be a (technical) programme in parallel that is always mo re interesting than the ethics stuff;-) when you take that into account that leonardo, fabio and you will find some solution that works. Sparta Day and Workshop should be on subsequent days and not at the same time as Cybertech Europe since the programme does not look as if there were times that are less busy. The time of the Sparta session on Tuesday afternoon is, of course, a no-go. For me, it looks as if Thursday Sparta Day and Friday workshop should be the best solution.
