[SPARTA - network.ecosystem] telco facilities for the WP8 telco at 14.15 of today - and reminder to update the excel file for the Workshop proposals

Dear All, below you can find the telco details (thanks to VICOMTECH) for our call today. It would be good if before each of you updates the list of possible SPARTA Associate Workshops inside the WP8 folder in the SVN.
