as defined during last audio conference a first draft for D11.3, that I have defined, is available (.pdf format) on the SVN at this link:

As for the previous release of the ToC of this document, please take a look at it, in particular T11.3 participants (Thales and CEA) can validate
it and identify which sections they want to contribute to.
