The current status of WP11 is the following:
- D11.5 reviewer comments are being addressed. D11.5 will be sent
to CEA on Thursday for final checks and submission.
- The submission deadline for D11.2 has been requested to be
moved to M38 in the submitted amendment.
- There is no news yet regarding the extension request
I propose to cancel WP11 audio conferences until we have news of
the extension request. If the WP11 extension is accepted by the
Commission, I will then organise a call using the WP11 timeslot to
organise the work during the extension period.

Dear partners,
I would like to wish you a happy 2022.
Several partners cannot attend today's audio conference. I do not have any new information to share regarding the SPARTA extension. CEA is waiting for feedback from the Commission regarding the extension.
I suggest to cancel today's audio conference.
Two deliverables are due at M36: D11.2 and D11.5. There are both progressing but are behind schedule. Progress is being monitored and CEA is informed.

8/12 is a holiday in Italy, so several partners cannot attend tomorrow's audio conference. I suggest to cancel tomorrow's audio conference. So the next WP11 audio conference will be on 12/01.
Two deliverables are due at M36: D11.2 and D11.5. We have the table of contents for the two deliverables, and content is currently under edition.
Regarding the SPARTA extension, it will be submitted to the Commission in the next few days. The duration of the requested extension will be between 6 and 12 months, essentially to keep the vertical activities running until the other pilot projects finish.
