Thank you for your availabilities. Based on the poll the best time to have monthly WP11 audio conferences is on Wednesday's from 11:00 to 12:00 CET. The exact week was not specified in the poll. I suggest to have it the second Wednesday of each month. The first audio conference will then be on Wednesday 11/09 at 11:00 CET. You will receive an agenda invitation.

The agenda will be to go over the status of the WP11 tasks: T11.1 (CETIC), T11.2 (CEA), T11.3 (LEO), T11.4 (SAP), and to prepare the Rome meeting.
