Dear all,
This is a kind reminder that we are entering the second phase of the review, the first
review of the deliverables and that they should be sent by tomorrow to the reviewers.
Reviews should be sent by the 13/07 in order to move to the update phase.
As a reminder, the planning for the M18 review is:

Objet : [PROVENANCE INTERNET] [SPARTA - bodies.coordination] M18 deliverables review
Dear editors and reviewers of M18 deliverables,
First of all, thanks to the nominated reviewers for the quick answers. As you are aware,
the next batch of deliverables is now in two months. The review process will thus start
next week. You can find the assigned reviewers as well as the timeline of the review
beneath.
M21 deliverable is not yet concerned by this review process and we will again contact the
responsible for M21.
The first phase will be the ToC review. A table of content of the deliverable should be
sent by the editor by June 2nd to both reviewers with the coordinator in CC. This ToC
needs to at least detail the contributors of each part of the document. In parts where
there is not yet any content, there should be a quick description of the future content.
As further remark for both editors and reviewers, this batch of deliverables happens
during the summer holidays. In that sense, we need you to be reachable during the whole
review process until submission. If this is not entirely feasible, please do make proper
arrangements to avoid delays in the deliverables.
