Hi Volkmar,

I would like to go ahead with the telco on 15/03. Task 11.1 partners are available at 11:00 and 14:00 on 15/03 (https://doodle.com/poll/4yqff49khq3mguqd). Are you available at 14:00?  We could shift it to 14:00 if you are available.

unfortunately, I cannot use Skype. Skype for Business or other online meeting tools like Adobe Connect or WebEx would work, though. I would also not be available at the proposed time, but since SAP is only involved in T11.4, it might not be critical at this point of time.

Dear partners,

Thank you for your availabilities. It was not possible to find an available time slot with CEA. So we will have an  audio conference to start WP11 work on Friday 15/03 from 11-12 CET via Skype.

So please send me your Skype identifiers so that I can create a Skype group. If you are not allowed to use Skype, then please let me know and we will find another audio conference system.

The agenda will cover the following points:

- review of WP11 tasks and start dates (CETIC and task leaders)

- agreement on how to organize regular audio conferences at WP and task level (CETIC)

- detailed discussion on Task 11.1 (CETIC, ISCOM and CINI)
