Hi Goncalo,

I have the material to write section 3.2.4 based on a discussion last Wednesday during the WP11 monthly audio conference. I have been busy with contributions to WP5, so have not had time to write it yet. Can I send it to you on Monday EOB?

Sorry for the delay,

Philippe

Dear WP Leaders (WP8-WP12),

Good afternoon.

Glad to inform you that the ToC/assignments for the upcoming D1.3 Improving a CCN pilot were approved today.

I kindly ask you to provide your contribution for section 3.2 Transversal activities, using the attached Word document as template.

The estimated effort at this stage (first draft) is 1,5 hours/contributor (corresponds to one sub-section of section 3.2, ½ page to 2 pages is OK).

The ToC core and proposed assignments, are the following (each WP leader reports on the corresponding WP):

Chapter 1           Introduction. 2

Chapter 2           Internal and external recommendations. 3

Chapter 3           Modular governance framework. 4

3.1        CCN structure. 4

3.2        Transversal activities [INOV: done] 4

3.2.1       Partnership instrument [CNR] 5

3.2.2       Cybersecurity training and awareness [BUT] 6

3.2.3       Sustainable exploitation and IPR [SMILE] 6

3.2.4       Certification organization and support [CETIC] 7

3.2.5       Dissemination and communication [INOV] 7

Chapter 4           Lessons learnt 8

Chapter 5           Conclusions and perspectives. 9

A few instructions to guide your contribution:

  • The introduction for Section 3.2 is complete.
    • Please read it carefully to get the tone and rationale for your sub-section’s contents.
    • Suggestions for improvement are also welcome.
  • In your assigned sub-section, detailed suggestions are provided regarding the contents; but you are free to report in a more effective way.
  • Let me know if you wish to setup a short 30 min telco to clarify any issues regarding the assignment, content expectations, or content adequacy.
  • The deadline for this first draft is December 11th , so please send your contributions by December 10th EoB. Much appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Gonçalo
