The actions for the Rome meeting are the following:

- task leaders prepare a 15 minute presentation on status and planning.

- all partners prepare certification requirements for the research programs. This will be discussed at the end of the Rome meeting.

At the Rome meeting we have an 80 minute slot at 16:30 on 25/09. I propose the folowing agenda:

- 16:30-16:45: introduction and session agenda (CETIC)

- 16h45-17:00: T11.1 status, D11.1 status and planning

- 17:00-17:15: T11.2 status and planning (CEA)

- 17h15-17h30: T11.3 status and planning (LEO)

- 17:30-17:45: T11.4 status and planning (SAP)

- 17:45-18h00: Discussion on certification requirements with respect to the four research programs
