Dear Privacy Help Desk,
This was something we discussed quickly in the beginning of the project but at the moment
we still do not have any privacy policy or cookie policy on our website. There is also an
issue w.r.t. having an imprint on the website, from what I understand this is needed in
certain countries but I am not sure if we need one as an EU project.
For the Privacy policy, I believe the important things would be:
- In the JCCI part, we use a generic session cookie, people connect through
a generic account created for all friends/associates/etc. But VICOM added a privacy policy
specific to the JCCI part but I'm not sure if this works.
- Some videos included in the website, generate cookies from things like
youtube
- TNK is hosting the website on its servers and are keeping connexion logs
(with IP addresses)
Do you have any idea on how to proceed with both this privacy policy and the imprint?
Best,
Augustin.
