[SPARTA - bodies.general-assembly] Amendment request submitted to EC

Dear SPARTA GA members, This email is to inform you that we have been able to proceed to the submission of the amendment request on the EC portal after a vote of the Strategic Direction (9 in agreement with the submission, 0 against, 0 abstained). The amendment request, attached to this email, covers two areas: - 5-month extension: the reason of the request, the work remaining to be done, and the measures to perform it are detailed and have been discussed among work packages in the past months to allow a smooth closing of SPARTA; - Adjustments: they correspond to a batch of pending amendments for minor adjustments (shift of PMs among WPs, shift of budget, shift/addition of deliverable or extension of tasks). If granted, this extension will enable us to maximize the impact of SPARTA and make its results as sustainable as possible in the context of the ECCC and NCC establishment. I take the opportunity to thank all SPARTA partners for their help in providing the needed information, the EB members for helping to consolidate the information to make it consistent across the project, and Technikon for their help in drafting the amendment.
