Dear Ethics Committee Members, Good afternoon. Please find attached the latest version of the Privacy FAQ document, also available under the SVN folder: * \03-WPs\WP2-Responsible-innovation-ethical-legal-and-societal-aspects\FAQ-for-Privacy This document is now ready for your review. It is important to note that we have not received any ELSA-related questions since the end of the First ELSA Audit, through the Privacy Help Desk. Therefore, there are no urgent pending ELSA issues to report, as far as the Privacy Help Desk is concerned. As next steps, I suggest that we target a formal review cycle in mid-October (e.g. a kick-off in 16th October), i.e. before the Second ELSA Audit is initiated. Let me know if this is feasible. Dear Michael, Good afternoon. Glad to announce that INOV is ready to initiate the Second ELSA Audit. For this year we propose a similar methodology, but with a few improvements: * Participants: * Last year all WP Leaders were invited to participate; * This year we propose to engage additional participants: invite 1 participant per Beneficiary (i.e. +44 participants). * Calendar: * Timeframe: late October to early November * Goal: taking into account the January 2021 deadlines for deliverables, avoid late November and December (Christmas season) constraints. Would you be available for a 30-min telco next Monday/Tuesday, to kick-off the process? Many thanks.
