Dear Dissemination Committee,

Please find attached a request for dissemination authorization.

This is quite late, mostly because it was on my inbox expecting the possibility for a fast track, which will take time.

Please consider the arguments bellow, and inform the author of any objection to publication.

Kind regards,

Nelson Escravana

Subject: SPARTA Paper?

Dear Coordinators,

On March 5th, I submitted the camera-ready version of our paper to IFIP SEC (attached).

The paper has an acknowledgement to SPARTA and should be considered as an outcome of WP6: HAII-T, Task 6.5: Privacy by Design.

Since the paper was written mostly last year and only slightly updated this year during SPARTA lifetime, there is no contribution of any other partner from SPARTA than BUT.

However, the CA says that we should ask for an official approval on the SPARTA publications from the consortium before submission (this issue was raised at this week KoM of WP6 and WP9).

Thus, although late, I’m asking for the permission to consider this paper as a result linked to SPARTA.

Thank you,
Best,

Jan
