Thank you for your effort in changing the dissemination procedure, that
UBO supports so far.

This means some risk for the authors and withdrawal might not always be
necessary. Maybe we should add something like "and the author will be
required to remove the criticized sensitive information from a camera
ready version of the paper if possible or withdraw the paper entirely."
